We are currently searching for a suitable venue that can accommodate the event and our participants comfortably. The venue should ideally provide:

• The ability to dance throughout the night without interruptions, shutdowns, or noise complaints
• Reliable power and lighting systems
• Good air conditioning to keep participants comfortable during the event
• A reliable sound system, ideally including microphones for announcements
• A stage or raised platform for the instructor
• Space for at least 30 overnight dancers at the front of the room, as well as a larger number of drop-in dancers in the main dance area (total capacity of about 100)
• Room for a desk for timekeepers, witnesses, and photographers
• Space for food and beverage tables
• A dedicated warm-up and cool-down area for drop-in dancers
• A large wall-mounted monitor or display
• Sufficient restroom facilities for all participants
• Accessible changing facilities
• Suitable locations for video-recording equipment and cameras

In addition, we would ideally like access to the venue one day per week during April and May for training sessions and logistical preparations.
