World Record training sessions will begin in Fall 2026!
These trainings have three purposes
1) Increase endurance!
After several months of 8-hour training sessions, 26 hours will feel a lot more manageable! Learning the choreography will help to keep you going for longer!
2) Find out what works for you!
Finding a good intensity level, finding out how much you need to drink and eat, al of this is a process to find out!
3) Practice the break schedule!
During the event, everyone needs to adhere to a strict break schedule, which needs a lot of practice to get used to!
Trainings will start in the early afternoon (around 2 p.m.) with the option to sign up for 2, 4 or 6 (possibly 8) hours starting either at 2 p.m. or for a later time slot.
